- Formation of the contract. 

The orders placed on the waiter engage the customer as of reception by  our customer service of the order and its payment.  In the event of  payment in against refunding, the orders placed on the waiter engage  the customer as of reception by our customer service of the order. 

- Delivery. 

Association " It is the life " begins to put all works about it in  order to deliver the order within the shortest times, and this as of  reception of the purchase order and the means of payment.  The  delivery periods indicated on the purchase order are given only as an  indication and the possible delays do not give it must to the  purchaser cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. 

Any complaint for nonconformity will have to be transmitted in the  week which follows the date of reception of the order. 

Association " It is the life " is released from its obligation of  delivery for all fortuitous occurences or cause beyond control.  As an  indication, the all-out strikes or partial, the floods, the fires are  cases of absolute necessity. 

The transfer of property of the delivered products or to deliver is  suspended until the integral payment of the price by the customer and  this without incidence on the transfer of the risks. 

- Price. 

Association " It is the life " will be able to modify its tariffs  constantly. 

The customer commits himself paying the selling price in force at the  time of his seizure of the order.  The payment of the order is payable  in advance in a payment at the time of the sending to association " It  is the life " of the purchase order, except for the payment in against  refunding. 

- Right of retractation. 

Under the terms of the L121-16 article of the Code of consumption, the  customer has a seven clear days deadline as from the delivery of his  order to make return of the products to association " It is the life "  for exchange or refunding, without penalties except for the expenses  of return.  The turned over films, books or other products should not  be used and remained under seals. 

- Guarantees. 

In addition to the legal guarantee against the hidden defects,  association " It is the life " guarantees the defect of the support in  the methods defined below. 

If the customer would note a defect of the support, it has one month  as from its purchase to make of it return to association " It is the  life ".  To profit from this guarantee, the customer must obligatorily  address to his expenses with association " It is the life " the  support accompanied by the completion bond joint to the product.  Association " It is the life " then turns over to its expenses, the  customer, the address indicated on the completion bond, a new support. 

In addition to these guarantees, association " It is the life " does  not provide any other guarantee. 

- personal Data protection. 

All the data that you entrust it to us are in order to be able to  treat your orders.  Under the terms of the law n° 78-17 of January 6,  1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, you have  near the customer service association " It is the life " of a right of  access, of consultation, modification, correction and suppression of  the data that you communicated to us. 

- Litigations. 

Any place order carries the adhesion of the customer, and this without  any restriction, in the General Conditions of sale of association " It  is the life ".  Any disagreement relating to sale (price, CGV,  produced...) will be subjected to the French right in front of the  commercial court of Auch.
