During their annual ceremony, the Friendly one of Old of Aeronautics, have also, this year, commemorated the fiftieth anniversary of CM 170 - FOUGA " MAGISTER ".
After the deposit of the sheaf of flowers by Mr Louis ROGER honouring on the new stele disappeared, the President of Friendly, Serge FERRIERE, underlined the solemnity of the ceremony, " since fifty years ago left the hangar to with dimensions the prototype of the CM 170, which was to be conveyed in Mont de Marsan for its first flight ".
A visit of the factory was proposed by the chairman, Mr Roland POTEZ, was followed by the nail of the day: a flight of the CM 170, controlled by Claude PICHEGRUE, who levelled us the eyes during nearly twenty minutes.
A very great emotion was felt by the witnesses at the edge of the track this 26 April 2002.
The whole of this day was organized by Albert CAPPOUDAT and Serge FERRIERE.
